(Un)focused cannonball

A session with a very good Spanish photographer in London and a beautiful model! Let me tell you more about it : the photoshoot was outdoors  (that day the temperatures were around 2 degrees so you can imagine how cold we all were and especially the model who was in underwear) but who likes boring studio photo shootings?

The first shoot was named Canonball as the model was hit by a cannon ball and the second was called (un)focused. The styling had to be black and white so it was all about black and white clothes. For the first look, I went for a black high waist culotte, a black Tuxedo and  white fake fur legwarmers and for the second look the models wore a white body, black fake fur bolero jacket, black tight trousers and black and white bracelets.

Those pictures are a good example about what imagination and team skills and efforts can do with almost no resources.

Photography is all about making the other people believe it is magic!Here are the results, I hope you like them!

Fun Day in The Park!

Hello Everybody!Hola a todos!!!!It's been a while since my last post but as some of you know, I am in England right now and it took me a little while to settle down...

This was my first photoshoot in England and it was a bit different to what I am used to, as it was lifestyle (so nothing about lingerie and extravagant fashion)!It was about real people, real situations and normal clothes (what you would wear if you went to the park to have a fun day during a cold and rainy day)...

As there were 4 models and it was a test, we had agreed with the photograph that I would bring pieces and we will just mix it with the models clothes...

The day took place in Richmond Park and although it was cold and rainy, we had a fun day. The team was lovely and very professional!It was really nice to work with everyone...

The Spanish actor Gorka Otxoa goes Cosmopolitan...

My first styling for a man and lucky me as it was with the Spanish actor Gorka Otxoa and it was for the magazine "We&You"! I had little time to prepare it (only 1 day) so I did the best I could to do it ok!

The theme of the session was very interesting as it was "Cosmopolitan". It was about representing the New York, Paris, London and Milan style...Alyhough I do not think that you can speak about styling stereotypes anymore nowadays, it is quite fun to prepare such a styling session...

A photo shoot with Yana...

Probably one of my favourite sessions in terms of style...It was a Black and white session but I will also put the pictures in colour as I think that they are amazing!Yana is the perfect model in terms of posing...She is amazing as she knows to interpret every outft she wears. 

Nacho wanted to break the nice little girl image that Yana has had in her photo shoots and he gave me instructions of going for a more trashy, urban, sexy look......

We did 4 changes : as I am a lingerie lover (I especially love the Nichole de Carle brand) I chose to go for a harness with bra and to add a touch of glamour of the outfit I went for a "swaroski" riding crop.The second outfit was a pair of tight leggings with a leather jacket and nothing underneath!The third one was a high culotte and a lace top with a police cap. This outfit was inspired by the cover of Vogue with Katie Homes!

The last outfit that had to give the image of a Yana a bit more trashy was with a vest and a pair of broken tights...nothing much but very sexy!

A touch of Barbados...

Another session with my friend Nacho Casado!Nacho had advised me that the model was a famous Barbados singer lookalike (Rihanna) so to plan the session I got inspired from a few music videos of Kerry Hilson, Ciara and Rihanna herself!

The idea was to do a session around the jungle theme so leopard patterns, feathers etc were more than welcome!

We have had great positive feedback of the pictures!I really hope that you like them!

A photo shoot with the actress Gisele Calderon

Some of you might be familiar with Gisele Calderon, probably the most famous actress from "Ecuador"...In Spain her role in the series "El Barco" has rised her popularity...And I have to say that her natural beauty has also helped her to become an actress with success....

When they called me to tell me that there was going to be a photo shoot with Gisele that would be published in Lanne Magazine I got very happy and excited. On top of that, the location was the hotel Mercure Santo Domingo so the styling had to be top of the range!

I decided that I would go for stylish dresses and it wasn't that hard to choose when I went to do shopping in L'Showroom. I chose a black dress with white flounces from Guateque Guacateque and then I chose to go for a white tull dress combined with a leather jacket to give a Manga look to Gisele...
I needed another glowing dress that I finally found in the designers shop Speed&Bacon (C/Don Ramon de la Cruz, 26 Madrid) ...The gold sequined dress worn by Gisele on the magazine cover is from the Spanish designer Laura Caicoya...

The photo shoot was lots of fun and the photograph was very happy with the styling and so was I...I hope you like the results too!(I put the video of the making of!)Enjoy!

Just Casual with a touch of sportswear for the shooting with Yuliya

A casual styling with a touch of sportswear inspired by the video of the song "Knock you down"...that's what I chose for the beautiful Russian model Yuliya...I chose to go first for an outfit from the Italian label Denny Rose, then a body from my favourite lingerie brand Nichole de Carle and a top used as a dress from Denny Rose..Yuliya used her dancing talents during the shooting and I think that the results are amazing..Unfortunately I could not be there the day of the shooting...However, I had given instructions about the styling to my querido amigo Nacho Casado...Hope you feel the same as me and you like the pictures..Here are the results!

Managing a showroom sometimes helps...

Thanks to my job in Lingerie Showroom, I am very aware of what is new in the lingerie market and I know about those lingerie brands a few people know about (this is the positive point of always attending lingerie fairs). I have to admit that I am always happy when someone asks me styling help for a lingerie photo shoot and this time my dear friend Nacho Casado called me to let me know that he had a photo shooting with one of the sexiest models ever Eva Ontanayo and that the keyword was elegant...So when Eva came to the showroom, it was not difficult to choose what she would wear and I chose to go for a triangle bra and shorty of the French brand Les Jupons de Tess and a harness of the British brand Nichole de Carle..

Totally fashion...

Miriam the model who is Cheryl Cole look alike called me to do another styling session. This time the photographer wanted to do a totally fashion session and possibly with original outfits so I decided to go with an amazing and unknow brand for the styling called Lime my Lemon....The designer is full of talent, I just love her collection! I am proud as she is a friend of mine so I hope she will remember me once she is famous!

It's all about Lingerie....

This photo shoot is about lingerie...Once again total freedom in the styling and it was quite easy as when I saw the model I knew exactly what would fit her perfectly : a catsuit from the French Lingerie brand Maison Close  for the first look,  bra and garter knickers from the Canarian designer Carmen Gonzales for the second and for the third I chose a bra from Nichole de Carle and manchons from Bordelle...The aim was to show the sexy and elegant side of a Femme Fatale...Here are the results!
